What is OES Grad Track?
OES Grad Track is the full-time program at Ontario eSecondary School, a Ministry-inspected online high school (BSID #667186). You take your complete school year of OSSD credits online. OES becomes your school of record: we hold your Ontario Student Record (OSR) and issue your Ontario Secondary School Diploma. A guidance counsellor plans the year, Ontario Certified Teachers teach and grade every course, and every credit goes on your official Ontario transcript, accepted by universities and colleges across Canada and abroad. Open to Grades 9 to 12, adult and international students.
Studying from Quebec?
Quebec students follow a dedicated pathway with its own enrollment and credit assessment — Grad Track is for students outside Quebec.
FOR PARENTS
You’re not paying for eight courses. You’re paying to stop being the guidance counsellor.
Course-by-course online school quietly hands the hardest job to you: choosing the right credits, checking prerequisites, decoding the university application system, chasing a teenager to log in, and wondering in March whether any of it is working. Grad Track takes that job back.
“Is my kid actually on track?”
Book a time with Manisha, your counsellor, whenever you want an update — or email the teacher directly. Real answers from real people, on your schedule, not report-card season.
“Did we pick the right courses?”
Your counsellor confirms prerequisites and course levels against the target program before anything opens. Wrong pick? Swap it free within 7 days.
“Will they keep going without a bell schedule?”
Students can book a check-in with a counsellor from a social-work background whenever motivation dips — and so can you. Self-paced never means unsupervised: your counsellor keeps the year on schedule with you.
“Who helps when they’re stuck at 10 p.m.?”
Free 24/7 on-demand tutoring, and an Ontario Certified Teacher who replies within 24 hours. Not you, not YouTube.
“Will this transcript actually get them in?”
Ministry-inspected credits on the official Ontario record, accepted across Canada — and an admissions counsellor on the application itself, included.
“What will this really cost me by June?”
Exactly what you paid in September. No exam fees, no textbooks, no re-enrollment every two months, no surprise add-ons.
Parents and guardians are welcome on the free call — bring your questions.

Still Have Questions?
Supported by Ontario Certified Teachers
Full-time online high school in Ontario means earning a complete school year of Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credits — typically 8 — at a Ministry-inspected private school like Ontario eSecondary School (BSID #667186). As a full-time student, OES becomes your school of record: we hold your Ontario Student Record (OSR) and issue your OSSD, as a school inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education to do so. Any student in Grades 9–12, in Ontario, across Canada, or abroad, can enroll in OES Grad Track. Quebec students have a dedicated pathway with its own program page. There is no entrance exam: you register online, provide your most recent report card or transcript, meet your counsellor within 2 business days, and your first course opens within 24 hours of that session.
Verify OES on the Ontario Ministry of Education’s private school list
OES Grad Track tuition is $495 per credit for Grades 11–12 ($3,960 for 8 credits) and $395 per credit for Grades 9–10 ($3,160 for 8 credits). Grad Track Plus adds $600 ($4,560 and $3,760). Both include teaching by Ontario Certified Teachers, all course materials, free 24/7 online tutoring, online-proctored final exams, guidance counselling and the $495 Admissions Counselling Standard Success Package. There are no additional exam, textbook or registration fees. International students (no Canadian citizenship or permanent residency) pay $795 per credit for every grade: $6,360 for 8 credits, or $6,960 for Grad Track Plus. Students who need fewer than 8 credits, or who are not enrolling full-time, are quoted on a free guidance call; standard per-course fees are listed on our School Fees page.
Grad Track is the full-time year (typically 8 credits) with all three full-time bonuses, including the Standard Success Package for admissions. Grad Track Plus upgrades that to the Premium Success Package (four counsellor sessions, two rounds of personal statement review, interview coaching, scholarship review, live Q&A and six months of email support), adds an NCAA and international eligibility review, and two extra 1-on-1 counsellor sessions to use any time in the year. Plus costs $600 more than Grad Track and is designed for students targeting competitive programs, U.S. (NCAA) or international admission.
Yes. Grad Track is a single full-time enrollment: your full year of OSSD credits (typically 8) is registered and paid together, which is what unlocks the per-credit Grad Track rate and the three bonuses, including the $495 Admissions Counselling package. Students who purchase courses one at a time enroll at the standard per-course fee and receive the standard OES inclusions (certified teachers, 24/7 tutoring, proctored exams) but not the Grad Track bonuses. For families, one payment also means one decision: no re-enrolling or re-paying every two months. Grad Track tuition is refundable within 7 days of enrollment and non-refundable after that, which is why we recommend the free guidance call first — your counsellor confirms your credit count before you pay anything.
Yes. OES is inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education and authorized to grant OSSD credits and issue the Ontario Secondary School Diploma. As a full-time student, OES holds your Ontario Student Record (OSR) and is the school that grants your diploma. Credits appear on your official Ontario transcript through the OSR and are accepted by universities and colleges across Canada and internationally. In 2026 OES students were accepted by the University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, McGill, Queen’s, McMaster, Toronto Metropolitan University and Ontario colleges including Seneca, Humber and George Brown.
Yes. Every OES credit course ends with an online-proctored final exam, included in the fee, and evaluation follows Ontario’s Growing Success policy: 70% coursework and 30% final evaluation. This already meets the Ministry’s 2026 final-exam requirements for online courses, so Grad Track students have nothing extra to arrange or pay for. Bonus #3, the Exam-Ready Walkthrough, takes students through the proctoring process before their first final. Details of how tests and exams run at OES are on our Tests and Exams page.
Grad Track students automatically receive the Standard Success Package (sold separately for $495): two 60-minute one-on-one consultations with an academic and career counsellor, an academic and application timeline planner, submission guidance for the Ontario university (OUAC) and college (OCAS) application systems, one round of personal statement feedback, and deadline tracking. Grad Track Plus students receive the Premium Success Package instead. Grade 9–11 students bank the package until their Grade 12 application. It supports university and college applications to Canadian, U.S. (NCAA) and international institutions.
Yes. Credits earned at any Ontario school transfer automatically through your Ontario Student Record (OSR) at no cost. Credits from other provinces or countries are assessed for OSSD equivalency through Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR), a Ministry of Education process offered by OES as a separate assessment service; the PLAR Equivalency Form is on our PLAR page. Your counsellor will tell you on your free call whether PLAR applies to you and which credits you still need to graduate.
Yes. OES supports students with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) in every course. Share the current IEP at enrollment and your counsellor and teachers apply the accommodations — extra time on assessments, alternative formats, or adjusted pacing — across every Grad Track credit. There is no additional fee.
Yes. International students can enroll in Grad Track and study 100% online from any country; studying online from outside Canada does not require a study permit. Your transcript is assessed for OSSD equivalency, registration is handled for you, and you graduate with the same Ontario Secondary School Diploma as a student in Toronto — recognized by universities in Canada, the U.S. and worldwide. International tuition is $795 per credit for all grades ($6,360 for the 8-credit year, $6,960 for Grad Track Plus), with the same three full-time bonuses included.
OES courses are self-paced: each 110-hour credit course can be completed in as little as 4 weeks or up to 12 months, and most students finish a course in 4–16 weeks. Your counsellor sets how many courses run at once based on your pace and goals, so most Grad Track students complete their full year of credits within 12 months. Your first course opens within 24 hours of your guidance session, any day of the year.
