1. lives outside of Canada, and who is neither a citizen nor permanent resident (e.g. students currently taking courses who attend schools in Sweden/Trinidad)

Students who do not complete their course within the originally allotted study period have the unique option of extending their course study time with their teacher. No academic penalty is incurred; however, students who allow their course to expire must pay an additional administration fee of $200.00 to be reinstated in their course for three months or $75.00
per month.
