Quebec Virtual Home Schooling

OES can offer Quebec Students Virtual Home Schooling

Are you a Secondary 3-5 student in Quebec looking for an alternative?

Ontario eSecondary School supports Secondary 3-5 students in Quebec who, for various reasons, are looking for alternatives to education in their home province. Our credits are recognized outside of Ontario and our team of experts can help with the transition. Importantly, the content from our accredited courses can be integrated into the learning project that homeschool families have to submit to the DEM (Direction de l’enseignement à la maison). Our Academic Advisors work with licensed teachers and consultants in Quebec to provide support with this process. Our priority is to ensure students are receiving the support they need.

Supportive & Student-Centered Services

Our Academic Advisors and counseling team can provide guidance for a smooth transition. In addition to assistance with the homeschooling requirements and process in Quebec, the team can provide social-emotional support, assistance with accommodations, as well as various academic counseling services. Students will also receive help from our excellent instructors and live 24/7 on-demand tutors that can help guide them throughout their studies.

Individualized Pace: Fully Online, Flexible Schedules

Quebec students may take OES online high school courses full-time or part-time. Flexibility allows them to work around their schedule and goals. Whether students are taking courses to pursue the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or they need professional support with particular subjects, schedules can be tailored to their needs. While additional services are offered to full-time students, we help everyone along the way!

How does it work?

  • Academic transcript/ homeschooling documentation approval through our Guidance Office
  • Confirm remaining credits and choose your personalized pathway towards the OSSD with an Academic Advising meeting
  • Complete remaining courses with OES at your own time and pace
  • 40 hours of community involvement
  • Ontario Literacy Course (OLC4O) Or Exam (OSSLT)
  • Please email info@oeshighschool.com should you have an alternate scenario
